Imperial Logistics Warehouse

The warehouse hall we offer is located on the ILC premises at Rabowicka 13 Street in Swarzędz. The total available warehouse space is 14.000 m2. The hall's height is 8 metres, while the racking storage height is 7 metres. The warehouse can be serviced through 12 doors adapted for side loading/unloading. Additionally, the hall is adjoined by a covered rail siding with a working length of 150 m, and on both sides, along the building, there is a canopy for side unloading of trucks and railway wagons. The warehouses are equipped with racking with a total capacity of 3000 pallet positions (euro-pallet dimensions). The facility is equipped with an additional power source in the form of a generator set and a battery room. Our warehouse is equipped with IT infrastructure and a SAP WMS system fully configurable for the Client. Additionally, we offer available warehouse space of 3.000 m2 in the form of a yard outside the warehouse hall. It is possible to arrange the interior of the hall to suit your own needs (by the tenant) and adapt it to production needs. It is also possible to rent part of the hall.
