Modern Class A warehouse and production space is available for lease as part of the BTS Park Poznań West development, located in the municipality of Dopiewo within the Poznań metropolitan area. The facility offers a total of 23,400 m² of modern space that can be flexibly divided into 8 independent modules, each with an area of at least 2,925 m². The project was designed with logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce companies, as well as distribution operators, in mind—those seeking functional and energy-efficient space for their operations. The facility features a 10-meter clear height, a modern reinforced concrete structure, and an industrial floor with a load-bearing capacity of 50 kN/m². It will be equipped with hydraulically adjustable loading docks, ground-level gates, a sprinkler system, CCTV monitoring, and access control. An additional advantage is the modern office and staff areas with air conditioning and LAN infrastructure. The project incorporates a range of solutions supporting energy efficiency and the implementation of ESG strategies. The facility will be equipped with a photovoltaic system with energy storage, a smart building management system (BMS), energy-efficient LED lighting, and skylights providing natural light. Tenants will be able to monitor utility consumption and environmental data to support ESG reporting.
