What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage also keep information on your device. The website uses these technologies to remember selections and support features you request.

Market and language preferences

ori_country remembers your selected market and ori_locale remembers your selected language. These first-party cookies are set for one year when you use the market or language switcher. They are not switched off by Reject optional.

Your cookie choice

ori_cookie_consent stores accepted or rejected for one year. It is a first-party cookie shared across the website paths. Both choices are remembered, so rejecting optional cookies does not cause the banner to reappear on every page.

Sign-in and requested features

The current frontend stores ori_access_token and ori_auth_session in local storage for sign-in. These are browser storage entries, not cookies. Local storage can also remember your selected property category and office move planner, while Claire chat keeps conversation history in session storage. These features are separate from optional analytics. Clear site storage through your browser settings if you want to remove these values; this may sign you out or remove saved local information.

Optional analytics

Analytics events are not sent to the data layer unless your saved choice is accepted. No Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics loader is currently included in the frontend. Accepting optional cookies enables the analytics event gate; it does not by itself install an analytics service. Any later analytics tools and their cookie names, providers and lifetimes must be added to this policy before use.

Accepting, rejecting and changing your choice

Accept cookies allows optional analytics events. Reject optional keeps them disabled while essential preferences and sign-in continue to work. You can change your decision using the buttons on this Cookie Policy page, available from the footer. Rejecting stops future optional analytics events; it does not remove information already processed or third-party cookies already on your device. You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings.

External services and remaining inventory

Links such as WhatsApp and social media open separate services, which have their own storage practices. Details to confirm: any cookies set by hosting, security systems, embedded services or other providers, including their names, purposes and lifetimes. This draft covers the frontend storage verified at the time of writing, not a completed audit of every service.
