1. The Poland service

1001 Square provides commercial property search, property listings, professional directories and enquiry tools for Poland. Available features include saved properties, account dashboards, property requirements, visit requests and the office move planner. Some features require an account. The information shown by these tools supports your search and does not replace a property inspection or professional advice.

2. Your account and submissions

Provide accurate contact and account information, keep sign-in details private and correct information when it changes. Only submit property details, photographs, company information and messages that you are entitled to share. Avoid including confidential information in public listings or unnecessary sensitive information in enquiries and chat.

3. Property searches and enquiries

Listings and directory profiles are information about properties and professionals. Sending an enquiry, requesting a visit or saving a property does not reserve space or create a tenancy. Confirm availability, measurements, prices, charges, specifications and any proposed agreement directly with the relevant property professional. Separate documents may govern a property transaction or a paid service.

4. Using the website responsibly

Use forms, chat and listing features for their stated purposes. Do not use them for misleading listings, unsolicited bulk messages, attempts to access another account or material that infringes another person’s rights. You remain responsible for the information you choose to submit or publish.

5. Content, external services and local tools

Website content and submitted property material may be subject to intellectual property rights. Obtain permission before reusing material unless the relevant rights or applicable law allow that use. Links to WhatsApp and other external services lead to separately operated websites. The office move planner saves its plan in your browser; clearing site storage may remove that local plan.

6. Privacy and cookies

Read the Poland Privacy Policy for information about account details, enquiries and Claire chat. The Cookie Policy describes browser storage and the Accept and Reject controls. Optional analytics consent is separate from the information you choose to send through a requested service. You can revisit the Cookie Policy through the footer to change your analytics choice.
