Malta House

Malta House is a project of 5-storey building, which offers 14700 sq m of modern office space for lease. The object provides also 300 underground parking spaces, available for the tenants. Malta House is the first green investment in Poznan, which will be carried out in compliance with the specifications of sustainable construction. The investment has been realized in accordance with the standards required by the LEED and Green Building rating system. The investment is characterized by the features including environmentally friendly solutions allowing for a significant reduction of operating costs and creating an inner microclimate of the highest quality.
