GPP Business Park I

The GPP Business Park complex will consist of around 30 000 m2 of modern office space allocated in four standalone buildings. The first stage of the development comprises of “green building” which offers around 7 500 m2 of office space for lease scheduled for completion in Q2 2011. Modern low-energy solutions and devices used in the project, not only will increase the comfort of work, but also will reduce the cost service charges. What’s more, endeavors to obtain the highest rate (Excellent or Outstanding) of British ecological buildings certification BREEAM have been already undertaken. Furthermore floor plates of the building provide a wide range of interior flexibility and a magnificent working environment with high class air conditioning, suspended ceilings, raised floors, modern building management and telecommunication systems, professional security and floor carpets, all being available in a standard finishing offer.
