The building Equator I is the first of 4 buildings that make up the Equator development. It is the fifth building completed by the Karimpol Group in Warsaw. Together with the leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle and CPB we signed all lease agreements prior to completion of the construction.
The original design was by the late T. Spychala and was finalized by APA Architects, based in Warsaw. The construction was done by PORR.
Location Description
EQUATOR I located on the edge of the city centre on Jerozolimskie Street, in close proximity to Zawiszy Square and Ochota train station.
Access by private and public transport (trams, busses and city train) is very convenient, as is the transfer to the airport and the main station.
All amenities are either close by (such as hotels, shopping, banks, and so on) or only a few minutes walking distance away.
