ENTER is a modern office space with a dynamic façade and plenty of glazing. Arcades add lightness to the body of the building. In keeping with designers’ vision it is located in a square and thus stands out of compact development of Śląska Street. ENTER is an implementation of the concept of an office building open to the city – one that is not only nice to work in, but at the same it serves its neighborhood. 4,450 sqm. of office and service space will be developed on six floors. Each floor allows for flexible space arrangement: from open space modules to individual room layout. Ground floor sized 600 sqm. with large shop windows from the main street side is dedicated to general services. The building meets requirements of medical firms. Terraces can be accessed from the top floor and offices offer a view over the Gdynia center, with the harbor and see in the background. Parking spaces are located in a car park garage and in an outside car park. Also bike parking racks will be provided.
