Business Garden Poznań will deliver ca 80,000 sq.m. of office and service space for rent. It will consist of nine office buildings located on 6-hectare plot. The project will be divided into two phases. The first one assumes construction of four office buildings of the total area of ca 42,000 sq.m. The underground garage will supply over 800 parking places for tenants of the 1st phase office buildings, on-site parking places will cater for guests, a separate parking will be earmarked for bikes.
