Is the service really free for tenants?

Yes. Tenants never pay. Landlords and agencies pay to reach you, so sending a request and receiving offers costs you nothing.

How quickly will I receive offers?

We aim to send your first targeted offers within 24 hours of your request.

What retail sizes and types can I ask for?

Anything from a street unit under 50 m² to big-box stores of 500 m² and more - street retail and services, restaurants and cafés, shopping centre units or retail parks.

What are off-market retail spaces?

Retail units that landlords don't advertise on public portals. Your request is matched against these spaces too, so you see options other tenants miss.

Am I committing to anything by sending a request?

No. Your request is non-binding. You compare the offers you receive and decide whether to visit or negotiate.
